Hole 3 features a tight uphill fairway with a slight curve to the left at the end. The tee box is framed and filled with compacted crushed stone.

Your first obstacle on Hole 3 is two large trees on either side of the tee box. Shots that end up in the woods to the right of the fairway still have a chance of making par, as the fairway opens up a bit at the end. Anything that ends up on the left will have to make its way back onto the fairway before a successful approach, as it can be difficult to find the footing to make an approach through the trees.
